Summary: Including RMA's I've owned 3 of these. Every one of them has a nonfunctional mic. Simply unacceptable. The first mic broke after a couple months, the second after about 6 months and the pair i have now has a broken mic that died at about the 1 year mark.
Pros: Good to excellent sound, fairly comfortable,
Cons: Very fragile mic, very overpriced at anything over 50 bucks. Fairly fragile headset.
Great but they are old products, do not buy unless it is cheaper

Summary: By Sabrina Nguyen First of all, I am by no means an audio expert, this review is intended for people who are looking for a decent headset at a decent price. I am simply reviewing this from a regular standpoint, if my opinion bothers you then don't read it and move on.
Summary: After owning a wonderful pair of SoundBlaster Arena headphones, the wire finally died (due to some twisting I never attended to), I decided to get a new pair from Creative, since I trusted the brand. My last set killed itself the day before the big headphone sale, and I picked these up for $50.
Pros: Great sound quality Comfortable fit USB or jack choice was convenient Sleek looks
Cons: Cheap-feel quality Flat cord felt flimsy Ear pad not fully attached to plastic, impossible to re-attach without murdering the headset Microphone broke quickly (seems like a trend, huh?)
Summary: A little pricey considering the headphones buzz, but I've heard that this is a common problem with these cans. I primarily bought it because of the USB dongle so I probably could have gone with a cheaper alternative.
Pros: -Very nice base -Soft earpads -Flat cable doesn't get tangled easily
Cons: -The right speaker buzzes slightly at certain frequencies. And I'm not talking really low frequencies. These are midrange frequencies. -Creative software is rather garish -Flat cable seems very delicate. I'm afraid of ripping it out of the headphones because it's so thin.
Great inexpensive headset, completely useless virtual surround sound.

Summary: I read a review on here where the reviewer states that it is a 3D EFFECT not true 7.1 or 5.1 modeling and he hit it dead on. It's really hard to explain but it basically tricks you into thinking you're hearing it in 3D.
Pros: -Very Comfortable -Excellent Noise Canceling -Great Microphone -Tons of Bass -Equalizer in included software -Headphone setting can be selected from most new games now instead of 7.1 or 5.1 bypassing the effects on the included USB sound card
Cons: -Useless 7.1 and 5.1 virtual surround sound positioning processor -Too much bass, included equalizer helps mix it out though -Everything else in the included software besides the equalizer This headset is awesome if you want to just have a 2 channel cheap headset but if you want it to for detecti...
Summary: By A. F. Otayde "Amazon Geek" Before I start, let me do a quick comparison between the fatality headsets on Windows 7. The Champion Series headset was a waste of $$ since the regular headset was way better (louder). So I'll compare this to the regular fatal1ty headset.
Summary: DO NOT BUY IT unless you are obsessive about keeping the cord untwisted otherwise it will be your undoing!!
Pros: Nice sound quality, installation of software was easy, messing with the voice changer was fun on ventrilo. Not terribly over priced, USB/headphone n mic jack was nice in case I decided to use my speakers and my mic.
Cons: advertised and No tangle cord...yea the cord is flat not round but it STILL twists and gets all messed up!! Due to it being flat it made it worse because now by the volume changer (i dont know how this happened) there are wires outside of the cord/ volume changer and regardless of being very care...
Summary: Going to RMA to see if the next set works.
Pros: Worked Perfect first few days! Great 3D sound- Makes Games BETTER! FPS you can hear ppl where they actually are.
Cons: I test the mic one day to find it stopped working. Worked Fine at first but stopped and made no changes for this to occur. Checked Drivers (unistall/reinstalled), checked Windows Mic/Recording settings, checked Sound Blaster software- funny thing is that the Device Manager shows Mic working.
Summary: By Hector J. Vazquez "Sketch" Ok I can get real techy about this but I will not. I'm gonna keep it simple & to the point. Sound (4/5): The sound is AMAZING!!! It's everything it's advertised to be & it has killer bass that rattles your brain if you're into that sorta thing.
