Worth getting, don't recommend buying use since might be missing parts

Summary: They sound amazing and very loud even though they do not have a power source (usb). The bass on these things is insane! I can't say much for the mic or the USB extension because it was never in the package. But I can assure you the sound is amazing and the bass will give you chills!
Great but they are old products, do not buy unless it is cheaper

Summary: By Sabrina Nguyen First of all, I am by no means an audio expert, this review is intended for people who are looking for a decent headset at a decent price. I am simply reviewing this from a regular standpoint, if my opinion bothers you then don't read it and move on. I just want other customers to know what they are buying before they make their purchase.
Cons: Within Less than a week the mic wiring started producing static. The mic itself is fine when connected directly but through the head set it produces lots of static. I should have listened to the other reviewers that had similar problems.
Summary: I paid far less than the retail cost here but honestly they are worth more than what I paid for them. I have to wonder if people that have negative reviews on here about these have the sigma series or a lesser set. Either that or they are comparing them to a set that cost hundreds of dollars.
Pros: I really like this headset. After tweaking the equalizer I'm very happy with the sound. They are very comfortable. Soft over the ear pads, and lightweight that I wouldn't expect from the sound quality. I didn't know the mic was detachable. I really like this since I use them for listening to movies, watching movies, and playing "sandbox" games. Everyone on skype say I sound crystal clear. I can wear them for hours comfortably. Remarkable.
Cons: The cord is a bit short and is connected on the left side. To solve this I think I will get a USB hub to put on my desk.
Excerpt: Outstanding earphones. They have everything you can possibly think of plus they are super affordable. Microphone can be unplugged and wires are long enought to sit two metres away from you computer. Never had any problems with them, in addition, there is a super fancy software for them which you...
Not as good as i was expecting, but worth the price i paid.

Summary: I would recommend this headset if you can get a good price, I wouldn't pay more than 65$ for this set including shipping and tax. Another thing is that these ARE stereo headphones, it is advertised that "THX TruStudio Pro Surround delivers truly 3D audio surround effects to give you the gaming advantage you need.", this is false.
Pros: At first I was disappointed with the headset, but after some use and tuning with the THX audio settings they began to sound really great.
Cons: Where to start... First impression out of the box was that they feel cheap. They just have this light plastic feel to them i wasn't expecting. The Mic isn't very good.. i mean it sounds clear but the problem is that even with all the mic settings turned to 100% and the mic adjusted directly in front of the mouth they are STILL low volume, I don't know if mine is defective or what, but I have seen other people complain about the mic and now I see why.
Summary: I've spent a lot of time trying headsets from different companies including Steelseries and Razer. Recently I switched to the Sigma and at first I found the ear enclosure to be slightly restrictive and uncomfortable. I was used to a looser cup. After a few days I was no longer uncomfortable. I tried one of my favorite old headsets but now it was too loose.
