Summary: Bought this from an outside retailer. I learned my lesson as they refuse to do anything about it. I should have stayed with Newegg where I've had numerous purchases and outstanding customer service when I do run into problems.
Pros: For the price point they are a great deal. Work great on all but one of my devices. Unfortunately that one device is the what I need this headset for. Continue onto Cons.
Cons: This headset paired with the Razer Blackwidow Chroma will cause the keyboard to spaz out and act as if you are holding down random keys. I did a lot of troubleshooting/combinations of usb devices to come to this conclusion. All my peripherals at the time of this review are current. Acted this way...
Pros: Worked good wile it was working. I was using it with my PS4.
Cons: It is really heavy a 2 hour+ game session will leave you feeling like you have a crater on the top of your head. BIG ISSUE: Receiver stopped functioning after a month of use. Completely dead the LED will no longer light up. Windows PC doesn't even recognize the device. Nor does the PS4 that i had...
Summary: This thing is great at first, but starts to fall apart really fast. Firstly, my mic didn't work unless I positioned it just right. It would blurt out static or nothing at all. Next came the random loud noise coming out of the speakers that you couldn't turn off unless you rebooted the system.
I am disappointed that there is no hard reset feature

Summary: Have had these for almost 2 years, worked well enough during that time. I recently reinstalled Windows, however. When trying to install the headset firmware, something went wrong that completely bricked the headset. Headset became unresponsive and will no longer charge.
Summary: for the price overall i cant complain. it works and i use it all the time.
Pros: excellent sound, i love to troll with the voice changer. battery life lats for day if you turn it off after usage. Leaving it on it lasts for about a day and a half.
Cons: Not really a con but i cant get signal down the hallway in the kitchen of my house some 15ft away. Also the weight of the head set is slightly annoying at first yet i use to wear a ACH - Advanced Combat Helmet Kevlar wile in the army.
Summary: This is an okay starter headset. However, I would advice going elsewhere for gaming headsets. Sound Blaster is a well known company, and I am disappointed in the lack of durability this product has. If you are looking for a good, long lasting gaming headset, look at other products.
Pros: This headset seemed like a good deal to me when I got it for less than $50 about a year ago. I chose it to be my gaming headset when I got my PC. It worked really well and I liked the Wireless capability which allowed me to move about in my room to grab stuff without having to take off my headset...
Cons: That's about all that is good with this headset, and even that stuff does not work like it should. My headset broke within 8 months of owning it. I never slammed it around and always made sure it was charged and that it stayed clean. The volume scroll wheel on the side of the headphone broke and ...
Cons: Uncomfortable after 2 hours use, because the way they formed the plastic grill on the speaker pokes at your ear canal. Plastic holding speakers snapped 6 months into use. No way of gluing it back together once that happens.
Summary: The sound quality in the headphones is good. The microphone sucks. Creative customer service sucks. The headset causes my head to hurt and turn all pink and pressure sore-y.
Pros: Sound quality of headphones is good.
Cons: Headset is too heavy to use for longer than 30 minutes. I don't know about you but my gaming sessions are much longer than 30 minutes. After 30 minutes I begin to feel sore on the top of my head where the "cushion" is. After a few days of use I started to form a pressure sore on the top of my hea...
