Little bit lost
30 August 2015
Summary: I am a little lost at the moment. I bought this and no matter how much I google, I can't seem to find anything on the internet with the issue I have. The mic keeps turning off on me and it is randomly that it happens. I thought it was a connection issue, but the mic is secure in its slot.
Amazing headset with a couple quirks, but nothing unbearable

Summary: <IMPORTANT> If your microphone is picking up audio playback, open the Sound Blaster control panel, go to CrystalVoice, and uncheck "Acoustic Echo Cancellation" I can only assume the developers realized they needed audio playback to cancel echoing, but mistakenly set the microphone to just pick it up...

Summary: I wanted to know if 7.1 surround in a headphone was a ridiculous thing to have so I got the Logitech g430 and those were nice. I wanted a wireless option and came up with this. Easily the loudest headset I've ever purchased. Has great voice quality and a very long battery life.
