Build quality issues

Pros: Good sound quality, NFC makes bluetooth connectivity easy on enabled devices.
Cons: The plastic arch that connects the two earpieces together is cracking and pieces of plastic continue to fall off at a regular rate. I have emailed support about this several times over the past two weeks and have not received any response. Sound Blaster Central android application is slow to load (on both Galaxy S3 and Galaxy Note 10.1 2014 edition) and doesn't always "see" connected devices. Usually a restart helps.
Summary: I was so happy to find these headphones. They had everything in them that I wanted. When I got them I was both surpassed and failed to meet my expectations. Here's how: Pros: They have a great sound, absolutely superb. The buttons are functional, easy to find and intuitive even though you can't see them. The bluetooth connects is fast and I can actually use them at a pretty large distance compared to other bluetooth devices.
Summary: I ordered these headphones knowing full well about the problems it had with the right hinge that attached the earcup to the headband. It was apparently a weak point. When i took a look at it, the right hinge was already cracked- right out of the box. The way it was packaged had also folded the "leather" earcups permanently. I still gave the headphones a chance and listened to them. Without SB-Axx1 it sounded pretty bad, but with SB-Axx1 it actually sounded pretty nice.
Plastic Connector on ear cup makes it not worth it.

Summary: I had the same issue as several other people on here. While I liked the sound quality and features, after 3 days of use the ear cup connection piece cracked. Returned product for refund. Not going to bother with a replacement.
Summary: It may no say I bought these but I did off deal catcher. don't by this headset... the ear cups are to small, there was a weird ringing noise in the left ear cup that drove me crazy, you need a Bluetooth pc for this headset to work said (which I do). These headsets are designed to listen to music, they are like a lesser Beats clone. I do not recommend buying these.
Summary: I cant believe Creative....had the balls to charge almost $300 buko for an OK product. here is the gist: 1. Sounds great on GAMING..... 2. SUCKS on all MUSIC MEDIA players.....Spotify...worse....sounds like a 2 dollar cheap Chinese headphone..... Will update ......
Summary: Since I saw were great view with its aesthetic look great, my experience here: PROS sound: Very good sound, if you're looking to listen to music in the bus just listen to your music. Noise Cancellation: Is moderate, not eliminate it entirely but if you feel the difference. TT mode: It is what differentiates several, this way you can hear loud and clear without take off your headphones, plus it feels like listening to your own voice so you do not speak loud to be put...
