Test results:

Gaming (Call of Duty II): The Creative HS-600 is a very comfortable headset with good sound quality though a fairly low bass, and it's rather stereo-orientated. That means, if a character is walking next to you (this applies to every game I tested it in), you can hear him or her perfectly fine, but once there's a character in front of you, the sound's very subdued, and you won't be able to make out whether he or she is in front or behind you. It's not one of the best gaming headsets and I wouldn't recommend it to the real hardcore gamers, but it'll do for the amateurs. The microphone is good enough to communicate properly with your teammates over either TeamSpeak or Ventrilo, though there's quite a bit of background noise heard through it (eg. other people talking, animals such as birds, cats or dogs and the like).

Music: As mentioned before, the amount of bass the headset can produce is rather low. If you're one of those people who would like to have the headset vibrating on their heads with every beat, the HS-600 might not be a good choice for you. The sound quality is excellent however, not to mention very 'clean', there's not a single crackle to be heard, not even when the volume was turned up as high as my ears would allow.

Overall: The Creative HS-600 is a good headset for anyone who wouldn't want to spend lots of money on an awesome headset but still wants a decent one. It's a rather comfortable headset, at least for a few hours. After about 3/4 hours, especially with glasses on, you will start to feel the headset press on your ears and it'll start hurting. Overall the headset is good, it's not amazingly awesome, but good.
