Straightforward and functional, but flimsy and uncomfortable

Summary: This is an inexpensive headset so I wasn't expecting too much from it. It comes with two colour-coded jackplugs which meant it plugged straight into my PC, needed no setup, and worked immediately with Windows7. The 'headpiece' actually fits around the back of the neck and has been fine once I got used to putting it in the right place. It's very light.
Summary: Designed for all Internet voice and PC gaming communications, the Creative HS-390 headset uses a high-quality noise-canceling microphone for clear and accurate speech delivery. The lightweight neckband with soft, foam ear pads remains comfortable even after prolonged use.
Summary: I am disappointed with this headset for two reasons: The cable is split really close to the two plugs (mic and headphones) so on computers like mine, with the headphone socket at the front and mic socket at the rear, it cannot be used because the cable does not stretch. The headband is also very painful after being worn for just a short time. I don't consider myself to have a large head (or maybe I do?)..
Summary: I bought this headset, as has been said before, to replace a broken headset. The first headset i bought was a 'behind-the-head' set, made by logitech, and they were excellent, in sound quality, microphone quality and comfort. The good point about this headset is that it is very comfortable, no denying that. However, this is where the good 'point' ends.
