Summary: By Yogi Moore "YogiM" Purchased as a replacement for the broken QC15, which as you know usually snap after a few years. Big time anger at Bose for this "feature". Started my search for a replacement with the 900's.
Excerpt: When using this headphone at home, the music could be heard by my wife, even at mid-level. However, during a long-distance flight, the headphones worked quite well and I was able to sleep comfortably.Compared to other headphones which cost around $300, I think this is worth its price.
Summary: By Tom Trails "Tom Trails" These are the first noise canceling headphones I've ever used. They feel great on my ears, they fold flat so they fit in my laptop bag, they have a detachable audio cable, and they can be used to talk on the phone.
Summary: By M. Kelley "mpkelley20" I have tried many different brands of active noise cancelling headphones but have not found one that meets all of my needs for a set of headphones. Summary: The noise cancelling feature works well at cancelling the background noises. The overall acoustics are alright but nothing compared to what Bose and Seinheiser offers. The maximum volume is relatively lower in comparison to other headphones in the same category.

Summary: I've had these headphones for a month now. The headphones are of good build quality. The noise cancelling is excellent. I use them on my train journey home and they cancel out the background noise nicely. So, these are good as long as the flimsy cable provided does not get damaged.
