It's in the Detail

Excerpt: The Aurvana In Ear 3's are impressive, not at first, I have several good earphones, but then I noticed the difference, it's in the musical detail. These earphones don't seem to alter the music, the bass is not boosted the treble isn't too bright or harsh. But it the way music sounds, what sounds like random percussion on some of my other earphones sounds like conga's on the Aurvana's what sounds like electronic bells on others sound like a cow bell on the Aurvana's.
Pros: Comfortable, Good Value, Great Sound, Musical Detail
Summary: By Engr. Jay Mendoza The In-Ear 3 from Creative offers superb quality. I have been using the In-Ear 2 for a long time since its inception, and I have been very happy with the quality. I have tried several earphones for its price range*, and I know I am a proud owner of In-Ear2. And then In-Ear3 came out, with a hefty price tag. Even until now, the price stands at $150 from the official Creative store. I got one here at Amazon for under $99. What I got surprised me.
Summary: By Spence I couldn't believe how good these thing sound. They have a great range reproducing Bass, mids and trebles nicely giving you overall fantastic sound. I have a few sets of over the ear headphones including studio sets. I have to say for the price and for these being ear buds they hold their own very well in comparison. I have think for the price they are the best buy out there. You may want to note, if you are new to using ear buds.
Summary: By DJ "IEM Fiend" I have 8 IEM's ranging in price from $100 to $200 and the Creative Aurvana 3 is very good for its price (I got them for $104 but even at $150 its still worth it). I've been wanting a mid-centric sounding IEM but didn't want to spend $300 or more on some Shure's or Ortofon's so these were right in my price range. The come with a nice case and travel case with plenty of extra tips.
Summary: I recently broke down bought the creative aurvana 3 iems from micro center for $87 after tax. If you love the sound of a smooth mid centric iem with neutral bass and non fatigue on the highs, these are the best deal I have come across. I have always been a mids lover but now I'm really a mids head. I have had experience with many dual armature iems I own Both the sony xba2 and the ue700. To my ears the tuning of the aurvana 3 Is what I really am amazed by.
Pros: the smoothest mids, punchy bass, smooth treble. amazing price!
Cons: not much Sub bass. plug is straight instead of L shape.
