Summary: I love this headset! I wish the battery lasted a bit longer but the audio and mic quality is great! The signal range depends on your house and when walking from room to room the signal can cut out sometimes. But overall I have much enjoyed using this product so far.
Summary: I got fed up by the cables at my desk at home and decided to get a wireless headset for gaming. I was actually pretty settled on the Logitech G930, right until the point where Logitech told me to just bugger off when I pointed out that they were charging twice as much for the G930 in Denmark as they do in other countries.
Pros: Impressive 7.1 for games and movies, comfort, great mic, wireless just works
Cons: Hums while charging (only If using a dedicated charger, regular USB is silent)
Summary: First, a necessary disclaimer to tell you that I've never owned any other headsets or headphones prior to these. So my review is perfect for the newbies.
Additionally, I've owned these headphones for several months (I've lost count, but I bought them around September).
The Vengeance 2000 comes with
- The Headset
- Wireless Dongle
- Dongle Platform
- Charging cable
Getting the wireless dongle out of the box was tricky, and left me hoping I wouldn't break it,...
Pros: Amazing Sound, Included EQ, Comfortable, Battery Life, Wireless
Cons: Setup can BSoD, Uncomfortable to newbies, Wireless limited, EQ mandatory, USB only, Surround is useless, Value
Summary: Purchased these as my last cheap set broke, and dubious about the reviews with things breaking etc I Purchased them. I can honestly say that these headsets are very comfortable, the sound quality is amazing, but that's just in stereo, as I run windows 8.1 there is no updated driver software yet for 5.1 or 7.1. corsair say they don't know when they will be issuing an updated driver, for these which I think is very poor on there side.
Summary: Everything is perfect about it except that the lacing around the buds can collect particles such as pet hair, the mic is a little hard to adjust & it is quite expensive (but for a wireless headset it isn't). But it's great for noticing creepers behind your back before they can stab you so that you can quickly pick them off.
Summary: Worth every penny so far. The headset has supported everybody's head that has wanted to try it so far. The ear cups are comfortable, the weight isn't too much. The sound quality is brilliant, and the software can happily support 7.1 surorund if you have it. The microphone is great sounding, and has the convenience of muting when moved into the "up" position.
Summary: - Love the wireless and battery life. - Sound quality is pretty good. - Beeps in the headset speakers when low on battery. - Annoying mic feedback in the headset speakers (always on - especially noticeable if you breath on it). - Detects as Separate Sound Device separated from Original Sound Device. (cannot combine sound devices). - 7.1 is okay... I don't find it useful in normal usage. Maybe for movies.
Summary: I Orderd this headset after my last wired headset got the normal problem of one side losseing sound due tot he wire geting traped on stuff every so offten pulling the cables loss now iv lost 3-4 headsets to this so i figerd its about time i try a wirless one so i figerd id give it a go, This headset is very comfy to my head the sound in 2.1 is ok nothing amazing you will need to download the drivers for the 7.1 effects but when you do its Rellly Nice sounding good thump...
