  • Summary: Comfort was not what Cosair going for here. Sounds awesome, but the back of the head needs to be adjustable or 1/2 inch bigger. Also where you ears go thru are a lil tight.

Good not great.

Gabriel Rivera Vazquez, Amazon
20 July 2013
  • Summary: So i really needed these headphones for teampseak/mumble/vent. if you use any of these then they are perfect. I don't really use these for listening to audio for movies or music purely for communication. the headphones work just fine. clear sound and the mic works pretty well. I've heard positive things from my teammates. The only downside for me is that after long periods of time (3-4 hours sometimes more) the tops of my ears start to hurt from wearing them.

Solid Headset

Shawn Derrick, Amazon
3 March 2013
  • Summary: I bought this headset for the primary purpose of communication on TS, Vent, RC, Skype, etc. while playing video games. For that purpose, they exceeded my expectations, Mic works fantastic and I can hear others crisp and clear though the speakers. I knocked off one star for one reason alone. The product comes with a headphone/mic USB adapter, which once plugged into a USB port will install a driver. With the headset plugged into this attachment, they work great.

Stars are for Corsair's Service

Ryan D., Amazon
20 October 2012
  • Summary: Let me explain, the headphones have great sound and the mic is great for Vent and Teamspeak. The problem is the fit, after an hour or two of wearing these they start to hurt my ears and they also force me to bend the band a bit to set them on my head. I've had them for a few months;the headset was not taken out of the house, did not receive any physical trauma, and still the band snapped right in the middle on the right hand side, the side I use to place and remove the...

Quality where it counts

Erik, Amazon
7 October 2012
  • Summary: This headset gives great audio quality as well as a clear microphone. Friends say I sound like a real person instead of a modified robot over the internet. A little tight around my big head but eventually it will stretch out. Get this headset over the Logitech G330, trust me.

Nice little headset

Auskan "Auskan", Amazon
4 October 2012
  • Summary: I use this headset to talk on Skype and it does a great job. Prior to getting the headset, I used the built-in microphone and while I could hear the other person just fine through the speakers, I had a lot of complaints of "noise" from my end. So I started using the headset and haven't had a complaint since - apparently I am now coming through loud and clear. The built in volume control makes it easy to adjust my volume.

1100: Sound great, but uncomfortable

Mainiac, Amazon
4 March 2012
  • Summary: Since Amazon has put the reviews for different products together... this is a review for: Corsair CA-9011113-WW Vengeance 1100 Gaming Communication Analog/USB Headset FYI that I'm using mine on a Mac, specifically a MacBook Pro and a MacBook Air. The Air has one combined audio in/out jack, so I figured I would need to use the USB jack for that.

Good and Comfortable Gaming Headset

Inna Tysoe "Inna Tysoe", Amazon
21 January 2012
  • Summary: I got these headphones in part because of the USB to Mic/headphone adaptor. My computer case front panel headphone and mic socket has a grounding issue which means I get a lot of interference on the mic on my regular headset. So I thought I'd try this headset through USB instead. This headset looks nice. It has nicely sized ear covers big enough to contain fair sized speakers. First thing I noticed on putting them on is that they are heavy.
