Summary: This is my 2nd pair of these. I've had different sets of phones over last 20 yrs and I simply can't justify spending $100+ for headphones. That said even though these are pricey the size of the drivers along with 2nd pair of pads, long cord, mic with mute and vol dial, there's just not much else that beats them.
Summary: This'll be a fairly short review but all in all I'm quite pleased with the headphones, they're analog meaning that they have audio jacks instead of the usb which was a surprise bonus, I checked the reviews and expected the bass issue and luckily my new computer has a RealTek HD audio manager and after some fiddling I was quite pleased with the sound and I've burned through some Fatal1ty Mk 1's, Plantronic's, Logitech G35's (I was happy with these but mistakenly blamed...
Summary: I owned this headset for about six months and I was impressed with the sound and the mic. The rotating cups, extra ear covers and the quality overall is superb. The wiring from the headset has a cloth mesh around it which is much better than a plastic cover. The bass is not over the top, but it is above average. I chose analog due to the stability of support over the long term. Often times different operating systems will have driver issues with products like these.
Summary: I bought these after my other pair of vinyl cans became uncomfortable and sweat-inducing. These are extremely comfortable, very well-made and sturdy. The mic is clear and the sound is very good. For what you're paying I'm not sure how you could get better.
Summary: I bought 2 of these for my son and his girlfriend. They loved them. They were comfortable and easy to take on and off. Their online friends said they sounded really good when chatting. They have gone through quite a few headsets and they say these are by far the best ones. The others were snapped easily when taking off. These appear to be more flexible.
Summary: Ear pads are comfortable for long Skype calls the the noise cancellation works as desired. The only thing I had to get used to is not hearing your self talk. Before I was using a headset with only one ear pad.
Summary: I bought these as a present for my husband. He loves them. I do not know anything technical about them except that they work great. He is a gamer, he is using them for MW3 as I write this. He said he has heard things through these headphones that he never heard with his other ones, if that means anything. Great price too.
Summary: Comfort is top notch. Reference some of the other reviews. Compared to other products I have owned: 1) These headphones are on pair with Sennheiser 280 Pro and CX680's for precision and sound quality. However, they are a bit bass light, but not by very much at all. 2) These are far, far superior to Creative Fatal1ty MK2 gaming headphones. I didn't realize how bass heavy the MK2's were until I tried these. The HS1NA headphones are crisp and accurate.
Summary: I've tried several headsets and this seems to be the best so far. Ear cups are very comfortable even when wearing my glasses. This one replaced a Razer Carcharias one I had because it madethe earpiece of my glasses hurt to the point that I was constantly taking off the headset for some relief. Head band is comfortable also. I have no problem wearing this during long gaming sessions. The sound quality is fine. Hear approaching footsteps and get good directional sounds.
Summary: For the price, Comfort: 10/10 Build quality: 10/10 Sound quality: 7.5/10 Yeah. A little disappointed about the sound quality and lack of bass, but this is the most comfortable headset I've ever worn for 40 bucks. To squeeze a little more out of the sound quality try changing a few system settings. there's a review somewhere on here that will help you. Very happy and these feel far from being cheaply made. Awesome deal for the price.
