Summary: I've had this a week now and the deciding factor between the other ones I was looking at was the fact that customer service looked so great. I can't get it working properly, I have tried all their FAQ's and sent them multiple messages to their support email on their website. No response.
Summary: this has potential to be a good product, i got this and started using it right away and after a half hour i contacted tech support. Tech support was no help and told me to send it back to newegg or them.
Pros: looks good, feels nice and sturdy, very efficient way to waste money
Cons: constant hum from both ear pieces even when everything is muted and turned down, i lasted about 10 minutes before i had to take them off.
Summary: Update! Got my replacement in the mail last week. Microphone issue was resolved but the background hum/distortion was awful. I returned this and picked up Logitech G930's that are working great. I REALLLLY wanted to like this product. I just can't recommend it.
Cons: At first everything worked great, but then after about a month and a half, the left front driver just gave out. I've tested all of the drivers and just that one is out. It's sad too because I'd been waiting to get this for a while and I had hoped to get more CM Storm stuff...
Summary: This system has two modes of operation and has a separate dongle for each. One dual-USB based dongle that includes the control puck, and the other is the analog 3.5 mini-jacks, also including a USB connector for auxiliary power, but no control puck.
Pros: True 5.1 channel system with microphone 3.5 mm mini-jack analog input/output Heavy, yet comfortable and snug
Cons: My problem is that both connection systems have issues that are forcing me to wash my hands of this system, I am setting up a return as soon as I finish writing this review; my first by the way. I first tried to use the 3.5 mini-jack dongle, which is very short. You will have about 5 feet of leng...
Cons: Can't get headphones to work with the 3.5mm connections even with additional USB connections. Seems like there is not enough power. Driver's wont install for USB connections. There is already a short in the cable. Very little documentation and support on the website. Control Dock only works with ...
Summary: Very disappointing to say the least, I bought these and they worked for a good while until the bass went out in one of the speakers. Contacted cooler master and the RMA process has taken a little over a month now, called them the other day and said that they didn't ship a replacement out yet and...
Pros: Good sound, comfortable, mic good, volume control is awesome.
Cons: MIC kept being turned down by windows, Right bass went out after about a month of use.
