Summary: Update! Got my replacement in the mail last week. Microphone issue was resolved but the background hum/distortion was awful. I returned this and picked up Logitech G930's that are working great. I REALLLLY wanted to like this product. I just can't recommend it. So I was super excited to receive this package today containing my new headset! Got home, plugged in everything, ran the drivers and then...sigh.

Summary: Loved the headphones when I bought them, as they are about the most comfortable ones I've ever worn. Sadly, the mic started having issues, and could only get it to work by wiggling the microphone. Went through their RMA process, which is a bit of a pain btw. I have two different links to login to their RMA site, and apparently two different login credentials.
Summary: Paid a lot of money for the product. Seems to have a problem with the wires attached to the headset. Makes a disruptive sound constantly. Seems as if the wirings have all broken inside it. Do not order this item.
