State of the art comfort, sound and design.

clmignin09, Ebay

  • Summary: These are the best headphones i have ever used ... I have had other high end brands and these surpass those by far! The sound is crystal clear and the comfort is as if you are not even wearing headphones! Plus they are very stylish for over the ear phones.

  • Summary: Hi all,   I thought I would share my first impressions and experience with this headphone. :) I will only concentrate on the sound part, since everyone knows how well built and comfortable they are (or can be... for me they are really comfortable).
  • Pros: Punchy bass, good soundstage and 3D imaging, lovely vocals
  • Cons: Can seem muddy if your expectations are too high.... slightly recessed treble, price..

great sound but not great headphones

  • Excerpt: I really liked these headphones as the sound quality was great! But, when I used them during a normal duration if doing my homework, my ears would physically hurt from the lack of padding around the ear.
  • Pros: Great Sound, Lightweight
  • Cons: Cord Too Short, Hurt Ears If On Too Long, Uncomfortable

  • Summary: If you are familiar with the Bowers-Wilkins sound, you will probably like these headphones. Strong, clear midrange and dialogue, bass you can hear but not necessarily feel. Stellar build quality, looks really cool. No frills operation and highly portable.
  • Pros: Signature Bowers-Wilkins sound Look and feel high quality Small and easy to take with you
  • Cons: Not the most comfortable

Great for some people

  • Summary: I really wanted to like these, but they were too tight of a fit. I purchased the refurbished ones to save money and they were in new condition. Could never tell they weren't brand new. Sent these back for a refund and purchased the P7's from another store.
  • Pros: Build quality is excellent.
  • Cons: Started hurting my ears after only five minutes of use. Sound is really muddy unless you use an EQ to adjust levels.

P3 Good Design Fair Sound

Blitzer, Crutchfield
25 February 2014
  • Summary: I bought these based on ratings and reviews. The build quality and overall design are outstanding; however, I find the sound quality to be lacking on the high end. The bass and mid-range are smooth and non-fatiguing.
  • Pros: The build quality and overall design are outstanding.
  • Cons: High end definition and extension is lacking and is overwhelmed by the lows and mids.
