Excerpt: This thing is just okay. I'm a professional headphones/ear-buds user and buyer. I'm always looking for different products, hoping to find a better product but the Bose headphones just turned out to be okay at a high price.
Summary: I run around 30 miles a week and have gone through about 4 sets of Senneheiser Neckband running headphones. They have been pretty good for around £30-40 a go. Thought I would treat myself to some Bose product after being blown away by it in my Audi. One thing for sure they do not come out!!
Summary: The headphones were purchased for use whilst at the gym or out running. The option to be able to talk whilst exercising was more of a convenience. The Pros The ear pieces are fantastic, fit superbly in to the ear and not only are they comfortable, they have never come out whilst training.
Summary: These are beautiful headphones with good sound quality (and I like the clever design and the extended cable) but, in my opinion, they are not living to all the hype, plus I am not sure how the "sporty" version of the Bose standard headphones justifies quite an increase in the price.
Summary: Bought these aa week ago brilliant sound . As good as I've ever heard and I'm a fussy bugger. Trouble is even when only walking the bloody things won't stay in. Almost at wits end cos these weren't cheap. Tried all size fittings. How the hell can I fit these properly. Not Amazons fault though.
Summary: I've have a friend who gets a bit snooty about Bose products (he doesn't think they're for true audiophiles) but I've always liked Bose quality and looked forward to trying out these headphones but I'm afraid they didn't match my expectations.
Summary: Opening the tamper proof plastic package is hard work, and if you were complacent you could easily cut the cable. Once in, there is still some fiddly unravelling to do. Having finished unpacking, you are left without a box or bag to keep the parts in which is very disappointing at such a high price...
