Summary: I have both QC15 and QC20i. Bose did a great job on both and I personally prefer the QC20i slightly more because of its small size and low profile. Great sound, awesome voice cancellation in a small package.
Summary: I have the QC15s and like them but wanted a pair for work that also had a built in mic that worked with Windows Phones. These do and work great. I can't get over how comfortable these are. These have become my go to travel headphones over the QC15s.
Summary: As far as noise cancellation is concerned it works well, but when it is turned off, then the sound is not what it should be,, there is some sort of disturbance in the sound, which I didn't like, because that means that once the battery dies then these expensive headsets are useless. Hence my reasons for giving it this rating. But other wise i like Bose, some of there products are quite good.
Summary: These headphones are amazing. They shut down the noise you don't want to hear and the sound quality is awesome. Perfect for the gym and travelling (although haven't tried them yet on an airline).
Summary: I have never owned a pair of noise cancelling headphones, only noise isolating. The difference is tremendous! I use them in both, the office (open concept seating) where voices and other noise is all drowned out, as well as use them walking to and from work, where they still work better than anything else I have used in terms of "music over other noise".
Summary: I have both the Bose noise cancelling headphones and the in-ear headphones. I love both of them. The headphones are a little bulky but provide superior sound. The in-ear headphones are almost as good though. I used them yesterday when riding my motorcycle. Very comfortable in my helmet. Blocked out a huge amount of engine and wind noise. The charge depleted just as I was finishing my ride and I was shocked at how loud everything was without the noise cancelling effect.
Summary: I Just took these headphones with me on a journey to Las Vegas and back. I Am quite impressed with them, they work as advertised. They block out an incredible amount of ambient noise and even some conversation. The effect is very isolating. If you were blindfolded, you'd never guess you were in plane with engines roaring 40,000 feet above. I also own a pair of Dr. Dre Studio Beats and while I also like those these are better for a couple of key reasons.
