Excerpt: For their price they are extremely overrated. They remind me of typical, big, fat, American overpriced rubbish. Anyone who raves on about them obviously hasn't tried any other noise cancelling earphones. To start with, you pay the better half of $400 for a giant plastic box with buttons that feel rubbish, a lead that is 4cm long, and some earphones. Thats it. You dont even get an aircraft adaptor.
Excerpt: All said and done though, once you have managed to jam them into your ears and make them stay there, the sound is amazing, and the noise cancelling ability even more so. I still think for a saving of $300, the Sony's do the job almost as well for 1/4 the price. They are certainly less bulky and fit almost anyone better. You can then use your $300 saving to buy all the AAA batteries to last you a lifetime.
