Excerpt: I was disappointed with the quality of these ear buds, as I have a bose hometheatre sysem that is awesome. I was expecting to get a higher level of quality for these earbuds, but they do not compare to the other bose products that I have purchased in the past
Excerpt: There is not really anything special about these headphones. i mean they were good when i could get them in my ears but that wasnt all of the time and they didnt stay in most of the times when i did. maybe its just me but they did not work well with my ears. im not of an ipod headphone kind of guy because those fit and stay in my ears and they have the same sound quality. if not better for the price.
Excerpt: I bought these at Best buy a while back on our move to Alaska and these darn things were so uncomfortable and the sound kept coming in and out then they began a weird shocking feeling in my ear. These are the worst head phones I've ever used, I called their customer service and they did nothing about it, just told me to return the product if I'm not happy with the item.
Summary: My much enjoyed Samsung IEM's died on me, and with needing something to listen to my music on and use for my audio/studio class, my parents gave me this.
First Impressions: OUCH. I never had the greatest opinion of Bose headphones, but this was plain unexpected. Upon plugging them into my Samsung Captivate, I was assaulted by extremely congested and boomy sound (after fiddling around with the fit on all 3 tip sizes for a few minutes and completely giving up).
Pros: I got them for free, smooth and generally lacking harshness, powerful bass, decent cables
Cons: Midbass hump the size of Mt. Everest, way too thick-sounding and boomy, a bit muddy, poor fit and no seal or isolation with any tips
