  • Help on returning these headphones for another pair

    I have only had these head phones for almost 4 months and already the little black piece that is on the plug has fallen off and now the left head phone does not work anymore. it has a shortage and the sound comes and goes rarely. I have the limited warranty and a 3year warranty that I bought to go with it but, I am not sure if the limited warranty will cover the headphones because the black piece fell off. I need help on what to do.
