Summary: Awesome quality sound for the price. comfort is great for the price, but could be better I've listened to a pair of those beats headphones which are equal value, and I think these have much better quality sound. Definitely worth the buy
Pros: Amazing sound, by far the best and highest quality pair I've even owned. Very accurate highs and very accurate base down to the lowest freqs. They don't show off a lot of bass which I like. The overall balance of the headphones is very nice. nothing gets too loud. The very high freqs do not blare...
Cons: The top head band can become uncomfortable and is not padded well enough, but if you adjust it well enough you can lessen the pressure on top of your head. The cable plug became shorted recently. I had it replaced and now they work again. I would not recommend doing it yourself because of the lac...
Summary: People say the headphones seem to break after a year and I see no problem with that. The components within the headphones start to wear and break down after a year. Then sound quality will decrease. It also depends how much you use your headphones.
Pros: The sound is very clear. Though they aren't noise canceling headphones they do a good job at keeping outside noises at bay.
Cons: This may or may not be a con but they don't feel durable but at the same time they are lightweight.
Summary: I was looking for a nice pair of headphones for late night PC gaming. I had some old Sony ($50) headphones that were nice but did not reproduce bass very well. Then I bought some JVC ($89) noise canceling headphones and they sounded like total junk.
Pros: Incredibly clear sound. Hits the highest highs and the lowest lows with ease. Very soft/comfortable ear cups. Long audio cable and an extension.
Cons: Headset seems a bit flimsy, time will tell how these hold up. Not noise canceling, look elsewhere if that's a must for you (not a problem for me)
Summary: I remember first using these to listen to Nine Inch Nails - The Downward Spiral at least 6 years ago. Since then, they've seen use to the point where the ear cushions are VERY worn, and I've taped together the plastic part just below where the metal band is exposed (when the adjustment is extended...
Pros: Everything in the "details" section.
Cons: Some people have complained that the bass is too weak; I have no idea what they mean. I would say the base is simply not overwhelming - it's clean and doesn't get in the way of the mids & highs.
Summary: I paid the about $135 for these about two years ago so this $50 off you see now is a good deal. Detachable cable would be nice which is offered on some Bose headphones, but not these.
Pros: I've had these Bose headphones for nearly two years now and I have not experienced any of the deterioration experienced by others. The padding around the ear is still in like new condition, the sound quality has always been fantastic, and they seem to stand up well to mild abuse. I've rolled over...
Pros: I love there bose headphones ive had them since Christmas and have not had one problem with them. They are by far the greatest headphones ive ever owned. The sounds is crisp and still holding up perfect.
Cons: the head band around the top does start to hurt after awhile so you need to move it around but other than that perfect.
Summary: I've never understood why would people pay more than 50 bucks for a pair of headphones. Let's just say that I understand it now. PS: I'm from Brazil, and seriously, you guys from Newegg have got to think about shipping internationaly. I know you would be successful here!
