Excerpt: The Bose AE2i headphones can be purchased at Best Buy. (Los Angeles locations are listed here .) How can anybody spend $180 on a pair of headphones? Isn’t it just easier to buy cheaper ones for $39 dollars since there isn’t that much of a difference in the sound?
Bose AE2i review: Comfortable but expensive headphones with good sound
Good Gear Guide.au
19 April 2012
Summary: Bose’s AE2i headphones, which now have an in-line volume control for iPod and iPhone support, are reasonably well constructed and comfortable. They also sound good, but they’re expensive and lack Bose’s signature noise cancelling -- which appears on the company’s more expensive (and better built)...
Pros: Comfortable, Well built, Good bass and detailed soundstage
Cons: Expensive, Build quality not as good as pricier Bose models
Summary: When it comes to quality audio there aren't too many companies that can do it better than Bose. The sound quality of its famous Quiet Comfort noise cancelling and regular audio headphones provide a feast for the ears.
