Summary: Don't waste your money or your time. Move on to another product. Your music will sound better if you listened through a soup can on a string.
Pros: Feels nice on the head, decent passive noise cancelling from the ear cup
Cons: Sound quality was awful, misses a wide range of sound frequency, Audio jack is incorrectly sized, if pushed all the way in the connectors miss their targets and the sound reverts back to the speaker of whatever device you are using.
Summary: Unfortunately I'm finding the quality of Bose products does not match up with their great marketing and expensive price. My headphones look brand new, they are lightly used, but the ear cusions are falling apart. They are out of warranty so new cushions will cost more $. They were not built to last and I've hardly used them. I will avoid Bose in the future; their quality is not enough to justify their prices. Sharper Image had great marketing, look what happened to them.
Pros: Sound quality is OK, but not in line with what was paid.
Summary: I accept that (and for 200 quid they should be) good sound quality, however, when used as a headset for skype/mobile phones on calls etc. they are appalling. The mic is too far away from the mouth to be effective and the units bluetooth capability is really not very good at all, it wont consistently connect to my MAC Air, or android phone it keeps dropping off and says - connection failed!
Summary: I bought the headphone one year ago and the cable is already broken. When we pay that price, I feel it should last for longer. I precise I used it only with my desktop computer; so normal conditions. Disappointed!
