Pros: Rugged. Good wind noise reduction. Fits well in ear. Announces name of caller. Have to download list of phone contacts to it. Do other bluetooth's require this? If a new person is calling you it reads the phone number.
Cons: The voice that announces the caller is the absolute WORST thing I've ever heard. I thought is was gibberish the first two weeks I had it. Periodically drops the connection to my phone too. VERY annoying.
