Ok, not the best. Poor build quality.

  • Pros: Good Battery life. Great call quality when you can get it to connect.
  • Cons: Problems with having the earpiece ring and answer calls. Frequently will say it is connected to phone but does not work. Slow to access voice commands on phone. Had to glue the mesh over the mic and the rubber piece that touches your face.

Wanted to love it...

  • Summary: A big bummer -- a great experience on my end, but ultimately useless if I cannot be understood.
  • Pros: Comfortable on my ear. I could hear crystal clear. Easy button functionality. Price was okay at $75 (thru Verizon)
  • Cons: The person on the other end couldn't hear every other or every third word, said it sounded echo-y.

Good Sound - Poor Durability

WesColeman11, CNET
9 March 2012
  • Summary: I am looking at reviews now because I want to buy a durable, comfortable, bluetooth with clear sound. The reviews I have seen reflect my experience as well so I will probably go with something else.
  • Pros: I like the verbal id of who is calling and the ability to answer or ignore the call with verbal commands. The sound quality is clear.
  • Cons: I have had the Q2 for less than a year and a piece has broken off. THe range has decreased to a few feet.

Good clarity. Poorly made.

gccc44, CNET
18 February 2012
  • Summary: I have bought three of these headsets over the last several years. While the clarity is very good, (people on the other end say it sounds very clear, even while in the car), the quality is.... well.... I've had to buy THREE of them in less than three years. The earpiece is where you plug the recharger and it seems that, even with careful use, at some point it just breaks off. The wiring is hair thin.
  • Pros: very good sound clarity.
  • Cons: It breaks after short, normal use. Very poorly made.

Good bluetooth set!

markhazlewood, CNET
16 January 2012
  • Summary: Improve the built quality and this could be best bluetooth ever!!!
  • Pros: Sound quality is top notch! I like that I don't need look at my phone to know who is calling; great features.
  • Cons: The craftsmanship is terrible. The earpiece mount came off, and I had to superglue it back on.

Functions not working on my blue tooth.

natasha, Amazon
21 January 2015
  • Summary: It's a great blue tooth. The sound is great but when I received it the mic was dented in and the volume buttons didn't work. The button to discontinue the call didn't work either so I have to find my phone to discontinue a call. This was not what I had expected.

OK

Wayne, Amazon
16 February 2014
  • Summary: This item was easy to set up (automatic really). People tell me it doesn't sound very clear(I use it only in the house), and it has very poor reception in the basement. The one thing I really find odd about it, is the almost rude voice prompts. It is a male voice, but one with an aggressive, almost rude tone. Guess that's why most things have female voices on them. I find it very strange the manufacturer would use such a voice and with such an off-putting tone...
