Summary: Impeccable detail resolution sound stage and realism..breath taking the amount of detailing..hear to believe..needs good source and amplification to match well..tubes are the way to go..try few matching and pairings untill u get to that aha ..nurvana feeling..once achieved .
Summary: The Beyerdynamic T90 offers superb sound quality, and paired with even a half decent amp you will hear your music in ways that you wouldn't think possible. Details that you couldn't hear with lower quality headphones pop out, and music simply comes alive with them.
Pros: comfort , great sound , detail , hi fidelity
Summary: In two words, hugely disappointing. I was looking for an open-back 'phone to use as an alternative to my AKG 550s and having owned Sennheiser HD 600s and AKG K701s previously, I thought I give Beyerdynamic a try.

Summary: Sources: iPhone5 with PA2V2/FiiO E07k/Decware Zen Head amps using the LOD, various computers using the Microstreamer/Beyer A200p/v-moda Verza DAC/amps. Review notes: My first impressions of the sound of the T90 Jubilee (Beyerdynamic 90th Anniversary Edition) are based on direct comparisons to other...
A pair of headphones that cost half of what they're actually worth.
31 July 2013
Summary: I cannot believe there's another reviewer who said the build quality of the AKG K702 is better than these. We're talking about plastic (AKG K702) vs solid metal (Beyerdynamic t90); and the audio quality is better than anything under 500 pounds.
Exceptional Headphones that Suit My Kind of Listening
Steve Kindleson "Steve Kindleson", Amazon

Summary: By some considerable distance the best headphones I have ever used. To set the context, I was looking for a pair of head-phones that could deliver exceptional musical sound quality when listening at home.
Summary: Due its fully open design, I opted for the T90 & passed on the closed T70. I'm a fan of the old DT990 & really like its fun signature, so I assumed the tag of "T90" denoted "fun signature" in Beyer's Tesla range, my thinking being that it would compliment my neutral sounding T1.
Summary: T90s ==== The T90s won't suit everyone. they do sound great particularly for 'adult' music. But if classic music is your thing, try them first. IPHONE ====== Not ideal for anything that's underpowered. An amp with these is ideal.
