Summary: I just received the Bang & Olufsen EarSet 3i Black Ear-Hook Headset I have purchased on EBAY. I bought them used, and in very good condition. The purchase came with just the head set itself, and nothing else. These headphones are an ear-bud and ear-hook style combination, they seem well constructed, and they are made of solid aluminum. They are very light weight. The ear-hooks are wrapped with a thin layer of rubber, and they seem to grip your ears very well.
Summary: I took some time to finally get these headphones, they're quite expensive and the reviews mentioned the lack of bass, over engineered and leaked sound. Its true when turned up to a fair old volume your fellow commuters get a good idea of what you're listening too but if you like to be aware of your surroundings and don't want ear plugs or muffs then you have to swallow this down side.
Summary: If you are upgrading from standard iPhone headphones, the difference is huge. If you are using Bose, Beats or similar brand, the difference is in the details like the material quality and the sound. The bass is not very high, very good balanced actually, which is really good for me. Bass lovers should check Beats I guess. The quality is superb and it fits nice to my ears.
Summary: This may be an expensive toy, however, as a young(ish) hearing aid wearer I needed a pair of earphones that are flat. Albeit expensive these earphones are easy to use, fit perfectly although they take a minute to get in position and above all else the sound quality is exceptional. The manual says they are only iPad/iPhone/iPod compatible but they work with my Samsung S4 so the added bonus is I can use them to make/receive calls.
Summary: I previously had the same headphones without phone capability now they are perfect. In sound and enable me to answer a call without unplugging anything. The fit and design is also a big plus point.
