Summary: I'm obsessed with good sound quality, but I find that these headphones are just so intensely uncomfortable that I don't really want to wear them. Some of the time I'll reach for a $30 pair of broken earbuds (the sound cuts out a little when the wire is jostled) instead of these. They're that bad.
Summary: Way overpriced! Completely unimpressed. I own a pair of B&W speakers for my home stereo and thought they were great. Unfortunately, their earbuds don't meet standards. I tried all 3 pairs of the earpieces and had to "wedge" in the one set that did fit in order to get a decent sound out of these earbuds. The flimsy cable popped out of one earbud while I was adjusting it to fit in my ear. Don't waste your time or money on these, you can better earbuds for less.
Summary: Poor build quality, combined with hard to use ear-tips (the original one ripped in trying to remove it), completely dampened my enthusiasm. I did not achieve particularly good sound when I could get the buds in properly. All in all, I realized I would be happier going back to my freebie iPhone stock earbuds. I don't love them, but they don't cost as much to disappoint me.
Pros: The nifty design with the little loop of cable that holds the bud firmly in your ear.
Cons: Hard to get good fit in the ear canal. Very hard to get ear-tips off the bud; removing the original one caused it to rip. Had buzzing in one bud. Without good fit in ear, sound was tinny. Hard (impossible?) to use the case as intended (how do you get the buds in the little holder thingy?). Case's zipper tab did not fit nicely into pull tab; came out and required me to adjust with pliers.
Same problem. Left channel failed after 12 months.

Summary: These are great headphones - easily the best in-ear sound i've ever heard. It does seem like they have a design flaw though, that means they start to fail after some use. A real shame and hopefully B&W will rectify this.
Summary: Let's get down to brass tacks: these headphones are incredibly uncomfortable, if not painful to wear (for me that is). I guess my ears weren't made for them. The first day I bought them I immediately felt discomfort when wearing them. I thought it could've been that I haven't found the right ear tip or I just wasn't simply used to them yet. So I gave it a week.
