Quite Amazing

  • Excerpt: I purchased these for the occasional times that I use headsets. My Sennheisers gave it up. I decided to try these out using the recordings of the orchestra of which I am a member. What I was hearing quite surprised me. They were very accurate in terms of tonal reproduction and spacial location. Clarity is excellent and the balance across the registers is what I hear in rehearsals and performances. (I do switch R to L so I'm listening to the sound as I am accustomed.) They are also very comfortabe to wear and do a good job of cancelling out room noise. All in all, I don't think you can do better for the price and they would challenge much more expensive headsets.

Best sub $100 cans, period

  • Conclusion: For the price point, they are unbeatable. A little heavy on the bass, but very smooth. Mids are slightly recessed, and highs are crisp and clean.
