Good bargain

  • Excerpt: I use the headphones to listen to lectures in the gym. They do a good job blocking out music playing on the gym's audio system. They also stay on my head well, and are comfortable, even though I am very sensitive to ear pressure (for example, I cannot bear using ear buds). Much better bargain than splashing out lots of money on noise-reducing headphones.
  • Pros: Comfortable, Good Value, Lightweight

Excellent value as far as I'm concerned.

  • Excerpt: I use these headphones on a regular basis. They had a list of over $[$]and the B&H was $[$]so it's a great value. Sound is very nice with reasonable lower range response. Features I like that aren't always found are the very long durable cord and comfortable ear padding. My cat chewed through the cord on my first pair and I didn't even browse for another model when replacing them.
  • Pros: Comfortable, Durable, Good Bass, Good Value, Great Sound

  • Excerpt: Decent headphones for the price. Not super comfortable, but still nice. I use them for listening to H4n and editing on my computer. Wish they could fold up and be a little more compact.

  • Excerpt: These headphones are very comfortable to wear for long periods. I like the long cord which is very flexible, and has a strain relief at the connector. They are slightly too large for my wife when adjusted as small as they go, but are just fine for me.
  • Pros: Comfortable, Good Bass, Great Sound
  • Cons: Don't Adjust Small Enough

Cheap but high quality

Graham D., Newegg
29 July 2013
  • Summary: $50 for over the ear headphones with near audiophile grade quality, these are a deal of the century.
  • Pros: I got these headphones for under $50 which for audiophile headphones are very cheap. Because of this, I wasn't expecting much; I thought they would either sound bad or break within a few weeks from shotty build quality. I was blown away when they came because, though a bit plasticy, the wire has a very solid feel and has a spring at the end to take off pressure. The sound is good and better suited for mid to highs and lacks bass however, if you have an amp with an equ...

Great quality; can become uncomfortable

R, B&H Photo
4 June 2013
  • Excerpt: High sound and build quality for the price. Can be used without an amp though will be a bit quieter due to higher impedance then many other headphones. I noticed some pain in my ears after prolonged use. This is after switching over from xd400s which are extremely comfortable. The discomfort seems to diminish with continued use.
  • Pros: Comfortable, Compact, Good Value, Great Sound
