Atomic Floyd SuperDarts

CNET
1 April 2012
  • Summary: The Atomic Floyd SuperDarts offer powerful, punchy bass with clear high frequencies that are sure to appeal to fans of electronic and dance music. The lesser performance with mid-range tones means they won't satisfy audiophile purists though.
  • Cons: Slight lack in mid-range frequencies; rubber top half of cable feels flimsy; quite expensive.

Update: Atomic Floyd SuperDarts + Remote

MacWorld
27 January 2012
  • Excerpt: UPDATE: Atomic Floyd, though distributors Noisy Motel , took the SuperDarts back after reading this review and sent us a new pair in the belief that the original pair were defective. They were right – the second pair had no sign of the muddy, ill-defined bass and lack of clarity we complained about in the original review. In fact, the sound is simply excellent across the range, and a delight to listen to. Surprisingly, even the cable noise seemed to be lessened.
  • Pros: Beautifully made; excellent audio across the range
