Summary: I bought mine March of 2013, just a few days ago the right side stopped working. I ended up writing a tutorial on how to fix them. Google "asus orion repair tutorial". I have detailed pictures and will help you if you have any questions. Good luck everyone
Pros: Very comfortable, affordable, sleek design, retractable mic.
Cons: Not foldable, no hinge. Mic has feedback (you get used to it). The side where the cable goes in has a design flaw which destroys one of the wires. You will lose sound in the left or right speaker.
Summary: Never much used the Spitfire USB audio adapter, just didn't have the same audio quality as the Supreme FXIII on my Maximus V Gene.
Pros: Amazing sound quality Terrific Fit (I have a quite large head) Nice Cable Decent mic (for a headset)
Cons: I have had them for about a year, about 2 weeks ago I noticed the right ear was dying. If you hold the cable one way it works, if it shifts minutely it doesn't. Insert crying face here. I am going to look into getting it fixed or a replacement.
Pros: Amazing, this headset has outrageous sound. It is very crisp and clean. The controls on this thing gives you so many sounds options and it is all plug and play. I also really enjoy the surround sound that it gives during fps games, I hear which direction people are running around at. Comfortable ...
Cons: The cord is extremely long. To some this is a perk but it is a bit excessive in my opinion. This is a very nit picky thing, I had to think hard to find a flaw.
Summary: After going through a few different cheaper headsets, this headset has been a great buy. I would definitely recommend it to any gamer.
Pros: Great looking and great sounding. I got an instant edge in gaming due to the fact I can hear enemies much better. This headset is very comfortable and blocks out most outside noise. Makes a loud window AC unit virtually silent. Friends noticed my voice sounding much clearer than my previous mic.
Cons: Mic seems to lose position really easily when not on my head, so I must re-adjust every time I play, although it doesn't need really any adjustments while I play, so this is kind of a moot point and I won't take an egg away.
Summary: circular shape takes getting used to compare d to my old MK IIs
Pros: Was surprised how good these are, needed a replacement for my old fatality MkIIs as the mic broke and needed a new headset.out performs my old headset by a good margin in sound quality and the mic sounds better im told by my guildmates.
Summary: First thing I noticed when I started wearing this headset is that my ears we're not as comfortable as I thought they would be. It took 3-4 days for me to get used to it and now the headset feels extremely comfortable. I also had an issue where I would hear random high pitch sounds.
Pros: Retractable microphone, extra long braided cable, good sound quality when using the FPS, Surround and AMP options.
Cons: Cable twists a lot but thats not worth taking an egg off.
Summary: 5 years ago or so I had a Razer Barracuda it lasted 2 years, after that I kept purchasing $40-$50 headsets which never sounded quite what I wanted and always broke within 3-4 months.
Pros: When I first plugged it in and put some music on I literally flew to my speakers thinking they were on too but they weren't the Sound was amazing. Fully surrounds your ears and keeps outside sounds out. A great purchase, also love the retractable mic.
