Summary: Bloody good headphones for under £50 - as good as if not better then my Sony ones which cost me several hundred pounds. makes a massive difference on planes and trains, I can actually listen to my audio books without the sound cranked all the way up. use them everywhere now
Summary: Recently indulging in audio books, but often having trouble listening to them on the noisy underground, I bought these headphones for the "active noise cancelling" feature and have been pleasantly surprised by it's effectiveness.
Summary: I wanted some noise cancelling headphones, but was not prepared to part with the cash for some Bose. I know that they are a great product and have brilliant sound quality, but for the number of times I use them it was not cost effective. Then I found these on Amazon and what a bargain they are.
Summary: I have just come back from a round trip to India and used these in flight. The noise cancelling really does make a difference. I would however make two points: First the quality of the sound is not particularly special. If you want really good quality with great definition look elsewhere.
Summary: I haven't used them, but the recipient of this gift has told me that they made him feel as if he was watching TV at home during his long flight from the UK to China! He got to sleep for three hours for the first time on this flight too!
Summary: Have a pair of expensive Sony but these knock the spots off them.Would like Bose but in my mind over priced and these are not far off them plus a hell lot cheaper. I wanted these for longhaul flights and the sound quality brilliant PLUS the noise cancelling superb cancelling all aircraft noise.
Summary: Right first things first these are not a £300 set of Bose noise reduction headphones. But pound for pound they punch above their weight. I use them in a noisy office and on the plane and they are excellent. Well made and comfortable.
Summary: I am not an audiophile; I guess if I had been then I wouldn't have even considered a pair of headphones for under £200, particularly noise-cancelling ones. I bought these to take on a transatlantic flight, and although I haven't taken the flight yet, I'm very impressed.
