A decent headset, but not worth the money. Astro Customer support is awful as well.

Summary: I'll start by saying I did like this headset at first. It's very comfortable, sounded great (aside from what the astro forums believe is a buzz due to the audio gate). I'll start by saying that I was using this on a PC with optical audio and USB for chatting.
Summary: I received this as a gift for Christmas and did not have the best experience. The first issue was that the original headset did not work properly, the left ear cup did not produce sound and the firmware did not update on the headset so I exchanged it.
Summary: I am having mixed feelings on these headphones. On one hand - they are comfortable and the sound quality is excellent. I'm told the mic is clear and loud. The wireless works well and the build/material quality seems above average . On the other hand the batteries only last 2 hours. Yeah, two hours.
Summary: Today I got my Refurbished A50. For a start - it's noticeably used. They have a scratches and scrapes. And now I spend a two hours already trying to get it worked with my PS4. The surround button is not turning on and I have no sound. I update headphones and mixamp to latest firmware..
Summary: While I won't give a 1* review because I know Astro is capable of making good products (Love my A40's), these refurbished A50's are garbage. I was pretty excited to get these at a further discount while they were on sale and had my fingers crossed that I'd get one of the better sets, I was sorely...
Summary: i must give this product a two star review. i purchased these headphones in march and received a broken headset which would not charge. so amazon did a defective exchange for me. my second set looked a little scuffed and ill treated but they worked.
Summary: Top quality sound no doubt. Worth $300? No way! I went through two, TWO defective units and I've finally given up on Astro. First some positives, without a doubt the most comfortable headset that has ever graced my head.
Summary: I have recently purchased an Astro a50 and am using it for both my PS4 and my computer, however on both the PS4 and my computer, i hear a constant buzzing sound in my right ear. It is very annoying and I'm not sure if I can get over it. This mostly happens when the mic is down.
Summary: Astro have very high quality headsets, but with my ps4 that doesn't happen, the 1st one stop working after 2 days using it, and customer service was really bad because is only by email and they said that they don't have any records of my product from amazon (seriously?
