Excerpt: Just needed some good in-ear headphones with remote/mic and these are all that. I find the cables a bit more durable and resilient than less expensive models I've used, and the price less than the more expensive ones around.
Pros: Comfortable, Compact, Durable, Good Value, Lightweight
Excerpt: Having used off brand in-ear headphones, I wasn't sure what to expect. The clarity was amazing, for both music and phone options. This product like other Apple products, is amazing. Would recommend for sure.
Excerpt: I've only had these about a week now, but I'm very happy so far. Build quality is very good - typical Apple fit, finish, and packaging. I use these for conference calls and podcasts, but I did listen to a little music and thought the sound quality very good. My only remaining question is longevity... time will tell. The medium (default) ear cushions fit me perfectly. Nice tight fit that really blocks out noises.
Excerpt: I bought these for my husband who has been using my Beats In-ear headphones. He wanted the ability to control the volume in-line and answer his iPhone if it rang while he was listening to music. However, he found that the soft silicone eartips was a bit firm, so he used eartips from the Beats in-ear headphone because they were softer.
Pros: Compact, Good Value, Great Sound, Lightweight
Excerpt: If you have used Apple ear buds then you know how easily they fall out. Especially when walking or jogging, the ear buds will not stay on ear. But these new in-ear buds are great-they stay in and have much better sound, especially the bass ranges. Used with my iPhone 5S the calls are clear and the music is well reproduced. Some ambient noise can be heard so that you aren't in danger of getting run over not hearing a horn honk.
Pros: Comfortable, Compact, Good Bass, Great Sound, Lightweight, Stay In Ear Better
Summary: I own a $1500 custom monitors from Ultimate Ears. Please read my review of Apple In-Ear Headphones in this perspective. You cannot possibly purchase better-sounding headphones at this price, period. Many reviews here have complained about a perceived lack of bass. These headphones come with middle-size earbuds installed. Upon purchase, I immediately tried these headphones on a treadmill and strong disappointed with lack of bass and insufficient noise isolation.
Summary: Bought these from an apple reseller store so probably paid over the odds. Sound really clear at the top end, little bit lacking in bass punch, although this is improved with better fitting buds. I find a medium Sennheiser but/tip a perfect fit, but with these, the medium bud is a little small and falls out easily, and the large is just too big. I went for the highly rated Comply Foam tips which were £15 for 3 pairs and are superb. They discolour with ear wax though :( .
Pros: tiny size, great carry case, perfect for use with iphone
Summary: I paid only $30 for these from eBay. For anyone who isn't a basshead, this is the PERFECT budget IEM for you. Nice detail, controlled bass, treble that doesn't pierce your ears. If you want to try the RE0 but you're not sure if you'd like it, you should start with this. Just make sure it isn't a fake, because there are a lot of those around.
Pros: Apple, cheap, light, has a remote and mic, AMAZING for the price
Cons: lots of fakes, isolation is almost non-existant, stock tips have a weird bulb shape
