Summary: I joined head-fi specificaly to post this review....
First - my credentials as a headphone user (as far as they go). I've been into hi-fi for 3 decades, and consider myself a reasonably discerning and critical listener. I'm currently using some byerdanmic p50t's, a pair of koss prota pros :-D and some sound magic e10 in-ears for the bus :-(.
Disclaimer - I've also posted more or less the same review below on the What Hi-Fi site.
Pros: Nice packaging. The remote control seems to work
Summary: After many weeks of deliberating and reading reviews, I finally plumped for these well recommended headphones, only to find that they were massively too small for my head! They were like an inch higher than my ear holes on either side. I've never previously thought that I have a massive head, and haven't received such comments from others, but now I'm starting to have a complex about the whole issue.
Summary: I was initially very pleased with these headphones. Great sound, comfortable and the foldable aspect is a nice touch too. Unfortunately the wiring in one of the two cables supplied with them went within two months of buying them. The second one lasted slightly longer but eventually also broke.
Summary: I had given this three stars originally (see original review below). They haven't broken or anything. I've just decided the sound quality is just not good enough, really, and they let in far too much outside noise. And the one good thing about them that I note below - the hard case - is a daft thing to be happy about as you can just get some good Sony or JVC foldable headphones and buy a case for about £10.
