Excerpt: Getting organized with my life is important to me. I know that many would easily suggest to just use a pen and paper. I realized that since we are in the age of technology, a personal digital assistant (PDA) is very helpful. I only needed a simple one so I decided to get myself a Palm Z22 Zire Handheld. There are no special features for this PDA other than that it has a colored LCD. You can put pictures but I suggest you do not because of the 512 MB capacity for storage.
Excellent organizer. Does not offer internet access.

Summary: This is no longer manufactured. The product came in a factory sealed box in mint condition. The price was slightly lower than original. There are compatibility issues for synching with the latest versions of Window. But, I was able to find a technician who made it possible, though not perfectly smooth. The device itself should be fine.
Palm Z22, small, light weight, portable and easy to use.

Summary: This was an upgrade from a Zire and it looked to be easier to use and it is. The hotsync to the computer is easy and transfers from the computer back to the Palm are easy as well. The included rubberized case is a plus. The only negative is the font size could be a little larger which would make it easier to read. If you choose the right color combination for the display, this helps a lot. It's small, light weight, portable and simple to use.

Excerpt: This was my first attempt at stepping away from the paper calendar and I didn't want to spend alot of money because I wasn't sure I would use it. The Palm Z22 was just what I needed. It's small and fits in the inside pocket of my purse. I always have it when someone wants to schedule a mtg. It stores my schedule, calendar and things to do list. Easy to use. Love it.
Excerpt: The Palm z22 is a good product. I do not go anywhere without it and would be lost if I did. It manages my contacts, to-do lists, my appointments, my family's appointments. Anything I need to remember is contained in this Palm which is just slightly larger than my cell phone. The only drawback is that it needs some external light source, which should have been included, such as a brighter backlight or illumination.
Excerpt: This little device saves me. I have no memory, so it remembers for me. I have a bunch of add on pograms for it, like shopping lists, games and calendars. I love it and highly recommend it to someone who might not even need to sync it with the computer.
Excerpt: I got this pda for Christmas last year from my husband. It is one of the best gifts I've ever got because I use it daily. I am a Mom of 5 kids and am very busy. It keeps me going in the right direction day after day. I even bought one for my daughter this year for Christmas since its on her list. I am very happy with the performance and I am not tech savy, nor do I have time to learn how to figure out a bunch of commands. Its simple and it works and does the job.
Excerpt: The Z22 is great for people who want to keep their life organized without spending a lot of money. It's easy to sync up with your PC so any notes, memos, appointments you make on either one can be transferred to the other. It does not connect to the internet so if you want that ability you need to choose another model. The main drawback I've found in using it for the last 2 years is that the screen is very hard to read outside in the sunshine.
Good basic PDA if you don't use it as alarm clock.

Excerpt: The clean look of the Z22 goes with my MacBook. I am glad to have this PDA. I just do not rely on it for its alarm function for any of my appointments and reminders. Even the loudest setting is too quiet for me unless I have it in sight. I have been a Palm user since 1998 and have good amount of experience with PDAs.
