Summary: This product has some cool features but works best if you use Palm Desktop as your PIM. If you use Outlook, then you cannot classify your offline contact entries into different categories as you can in Palm desktop.

Summary: I bought this because several of the other superivsors where I work had bought one, and I love "gadgets". It took about 30 minutes to learn how to use the "graffiti" (how you input text), and I was on my way. I use it for everything, the address book, memo, to do list, calendar... I love it.
Summary: This is a very good evice. i had a problem with the recharging and Palm was helpfull. They asked me to try and fix it twice with resetting the unit. Once it did not work they caused no problems and sent me out a new unit.
