A solid workhorse well preserved and still fully capable of high quality.

  • Summary: This purchase was for the sake of nostalgia, and to discover how nearly HP missed greatness in their choice of names, iPAQ, there but for two letters, goes iPad. Most people now find all the functions available in a product like the iPAQ in a smartphone, such the many Apple varieties, and others. But for those who still need an appointment secretary, and the ability to compose memos on any given site, the iPAQ can still play a role.

  • Summary: The HP H1910 is a very nice, lightweight, portable machine. The system may crash once in a while but a soft reset fixes this. For a normal businessman, it's great.

  • Summary: I dicided to buy this to help with my business and ebay business.I was severly dissapointed that it is so hard to use Internet Explorer ,but pocket exel and word are great. These are the 2 features that I like. The calc app. and solitaire are decent. For a couple bucks thought this was an okay item.It is not worth paying over $30 USD for.It is like DOS or Linux compared to the new Ipaq's.This is DOS and the newer versions are like XP and Vista. My friend's Ipaq can do his...

Little small for my big hands, but a great tool

  • Summary: There are 3 iPAQs in my family, an older 3950, the H1910 and a 2215. The H1910 feels the smallest and lightest, yet still has a great sized screen. The stylus is so thin that it is difficult to hold for long time periods with larger hands, but it fits a woman's hands just fine. This unit looks the most delicate of the 3 I own due to its thin design, but it feels solid. The replaceable battery is great, and the charging base that charges 2 batteries at once is fantastic.

I mostly will use it to run a job related software and sinc email's that's it. will work great for me but if you need a remote for tv or more power for applications i suggest a 5550. ( which i also own). but for everyday task i recomended highly.

HP iPAQ Pocket PC H1910

10 January 2009
  • Summary: I love this unit. It is physically samller than the Palm m130 that I had previously used, and because it is made by Hewlett-Packard, like my computer, the setup went easily. I was surprised at that, due to the six years that have passed since it's introduction. I did not have the proper driver for the device, but it went online and retreived it by itself. I like the Pocket Word and Pocket Excel programs too.
