All this leads to the million-dollar question: Is the standalone PDA dead? Yes—at least for consumers. But you'll still find plenty of PDAs performing integral roles in the enterprise space, such as in hospitals, the financial sector, shipping departments, and countless other vertical markets that still need touch-screen handhelds. In any of those capacities, the HP iPAQ 210 will serve with aplomb. Read more

It's not perfect, but for those who are looking for either a solid device that combines Internet mini-tablet, video player, and mobile office, or who seek a high-end enterprise device, the iPAQ 210 is hard to beat. It's got great specifications, a beautiful screen, and the biggest standard battery you can find anywhere, giving you a lot of options for whatever you want to do with it. A few of the design choices leave me vexed, but none of these are what I would call a... Read more

The HP iPAQ 200-series returns to us the strength of a powerful PDA with a decent sized screen and ample memory and storage capacity, and a good battery. Although the size is larger than advertised and the color less than pitched, the iPAQ 210 still provides a strong draw. Tanker... Read more

I've had several Pocket PCs with the Del x50v & 51v being the most recent. This is a solid device in that it has an incredible screen and about much ram memory as you could use plus it's one of the few devices out that offers SD & CF card slots (may seem unimportant but you can upgrade this to over 40GB of memory for a little over $100 and soon over 70GB). The only two draw back I have is that one of the buttons can't be reconfigured and the ROM is a bit weak. However,... Read more
