  • Summary: I got this little guy at a local pawnshop. I was of course worried about that Behringer rep that we all know about. Dont know if I am just lucky or Behringer gets a bad rap but i have had zero issues with this amp and, frankly I love it. It is loud enough for most gigs and has a d.i. if you need more. The eq on it is great and the 2 channels both sound great. Only thing that i dont like is the ultrabass feature.
  • Pros: great sound, lots of power
  • Cons: heavy for its size, ultrabass

  • Summary: First I was a little reluctant buying a Behringer amp. I went to different shops and have played quite a few low-cost combos. The BXL3000A was a little too big and heavy, so in the end I decided to buy the 1800. I compared the sound the standard 1800 produces with the 1800A. The A version is fitted with a speaker with an aluminium cone and sounds, to my opinion, more punchy.
  • Pros: Affordable, a lot of features, high output, usable accessories.
  • Cons: None yet.
