  • Excerpt: Now I've fiddled with it, I'm happy with this amp and will continue to use it. It was a logical step up from the BX1200 and as far as the amp itself goes, I'm more than happy. The big disappointment has obviously been with the speakers.

  • Summary: At low levels it's fine but once you start cranking up the volume, there is an audible hum (sounds like a 60 Hz hum) that won't go away and seems to be a characteristic of all Behringer amps. The EQ is crap because turning up the higher frequency knobs (treble) causes a loud hissing sound.
