Summary: All I can say is this is a great boost pedal for the money and I'm really happy with it. It's perfect for playing lead guitar, but everything boosts nice too. It will also down boost too for song's like creep where the distorted heavy guitar drops to a lower volume towards the end of the song. Yeah it's plastic, but if it every breaks I'll gut it and put the guts into a metal project pedal box. No noise either.
"Do you need a volume booster on your board? Here it is!"

Summary: I have thought several times about replacing this as my clean volume booster. There just isn't anything that I really think would be better. The durability is the only real concern, but I'm not a touring pro. It should hold up fine on my weenie gigs.
Summary: Somewaht disappointed in this preamp. I have had several other Behring products that I liked. The BP100 provided very little increase in signal. I had to turn up my line amp up just as loud as without the preamp. To be honest, the was a very small but discernable additional volume but not one of any paraticular value in using the signal. Overall, pretty much a not worth it item.
Summary: I purchased the PB100 for my own use, hoping to enhance my sound. It came with no power supply or manual. It worked great for about 2 weeks. Then it just quit. Behringer support is difficult in the least, like trying to drive through a obstacle course in a snow storm. I do not recommend this product. If you purchase it, you might get lucky, but I didn't and I don't even know what to do with the thing now except throw it in the trash. Wasted money.
Summary: I bought this pedal to boost the level of my guitar for lead solos, and it does a great hob of it. It is quiet and simple and does exactly what I wanted it to do and the price was unbeatable. Although it is made of plastic it seems to be well made. Time will tell how sturdy it really is, and if it does break at some point it is so inexpensive I'll jst buy another one.
Summary: The unit works ONLY with 1/4" mono plugs otherwise it will not turn on. But even then the amplifier would not operate, it was defunct. It is a foot switch. Nice solid construction. No power supply included, needs a 9V battery. Buy some thing else. I am returning it.
