Excerpt: For the price it's good because you can smoke a plenty of food. I own a ceramic kamodo grill that I also smoke in. In comparison the ceramic grill is way more efficient in charcoal consumption. With the WSM be ready to use an 18 lb bag of charcoal in a 16 hour burn such as brisket.
Excerpt: My boyfriend is a 260lb bosybuilder and eats a ton of meat. He wanted one of these, so I got it for his birthday. This smoker is awesome. Just the right size. Seems sturdy and is pleasing to look at. He tried a leg of lamb and corned beef for the first shot. They turned out great.

Summary: We bought about six weeks ago and have used almost every weekend. We have never owned a smoker of any kind and did a lot of research prior to purchasing. Slight learning curve and did end up buying a separate charcoal starter to help with longer smokes. Clean up has been relatively easy.
