Excerpt: I use my grill for everything during the summer when it is too hot to turn on the oven in Florida. During the winter it gets used at least 3-4 times a week also. This grill also heats up to over 700 degrees when I burnt it off the first time. So it will be perfect to use with a pizza stone to make pizza. Full slabs of ribs are not a problem, because of the large cooking surface.

Excerpt: Great even heat with easy controls, easy to separate into zones, direct heat for Burgers and steak, indirect for roasts and whole birds, low direct for roasted vegetables, the only thing I miss is now using LP gas in tank vs natural gas piped. I have had it for 3 months so no long term service issues yet.

Excerpt: I use this grill 4-5 days a week and it is fantastic. Still heed to try the rotisserie on it, but if it works like my model 650 did, then I will be very satisfied. Nice new feature is the sear station, does a great job of getting that extra sear/char on whatever it is you are cooking.
