Summary: Product works really well. Arrived in great condition. The only downside was the website advertises that it comes with a Weber cookbook. When the grill arrived without the cookbook, I contacted the company and was told that it does not come with one. However, they immediately credited my account back with $30.00 to cover purchasing one of my choice.
Pros: Easy Assembly, Easy To Cleanup, Easy To Use, Even Heat, Great Design, Short Grill Time
Summary: This is our third Weber in a row (we keep moving up in size) and the quality and easy, reliable cooking are exactly what we've come to expect. Solidly built, it will last a long time with proper care. Burners placed side-by-side rather than front-to-back make indirect cooking a snap, and predictable, even heat has our grilling in mid-season form right out of the gate.

Summary: The Weber Summit S-420 is a fabulous grill. The grates are made of 9.5 mm (3/8") 300 series stainless rod and are almost as heavy as cast iron. The hood is vented at the top rear unlike the Genesis which is closed. The LED tank gage on the front panel is a nice feature. The grill cooks superbly, typical for Weber. I replaced my 14 year old Weber Genesis 1000 (it still works perfectly) with a Weber Summit S-420. AJ Madison delivered an incredible shopping experience.
Summary: Did a lot of searching for new gas grille as part of our move to Florida. Wanted a high quality grille that would last for years, had sufficient grilling capacity, looked good, and worked well. Since getting the grille, have been extraordinarily pleased. It is extremely well built; very solid; virtually fully assembled (except for side burners) and works like a charm. The individual burner ignition is awesome.
Summary: The service from AJ Madison was perfect. They delivered on time and kept me informed during the entire process. The Weber Summit is a wonderful grill. I would recommend wiping the exterior down with olive oil or other oil since I experienced a couple of rust spots on the shelf areas during the first month. I am not sure why this would happen on "stainless". Oil will keep the finger prints and other smudges from being visible as well.
