Summary: I've had Hamilton Beach grills before and this is the worst. I've grilled; moisture and steam builds up and drips onto the counter. The tray is too short and the drips come off the top front of the grill. Have to use paper towel to keep counter dry. The Hamilton Beach grills I've had before, the grids were deeper and the metal was heavier gauge. This is cheaply made and it shows in the grilled meats that are more steamed than grilled.
Cleans up easily, but I did not like how it grilled

Summary: We own another grill (named for a former heavyweight boxing champion), but the grilling plates cannot be removed for cleaning, so my wife got this one. The grilling surfaces are easily removable and easily cleaned, however, I do not think that they get hot enough to do a good cooking job. We tried this grill several times, using the same chicken and small steaks that we make successfully on old grill and the results were uniformly very poor on this one.
Summary: After owning several George Foreman grills, Ive finally found one that I don't dread cleaning. The top and bottom removable plates make this an absolute breeze to clean. I stopped using the GF because of the mess. The photo is a bit misleading though, they have to be very small burgers to fit more than 1-2.
Summary: I have had a smaller version of this for several years and this one is even better. I use it to grill fish and vegetables. It is fast and the clean up is easy since the elements go right into the dishwasher. I would highly recommend it to anyone.
Summary: Very nice grill. The warm up time needs to be about 10 minutes for good grilling. Easy to clean removable grids are a plus. Just drop in the dishwasher and your done. Nice large cooking area can be used both open or closed. Grilling time is very fast with it closed. I gave this grill four stars because it has no temperature setting ability, also the timer switch is hard to move back once the time has been set.
Summary: Ive owned this grill for many years. It cooks perfect. Clean-up is a breeze. I am surprized of how much fat and drippings are left over in the drip-tray. But the meat and hamburger taste very good. A very good buy. Will order another for my grandson.
Summary: We use this grill at least 3 to 4 times per week. I bought the small one years ago when my family raved about them and finally tried it out within the last six months--can't believe I wasn't using it sooner. I moved up to a larger grill that will hold more and the cook time is less. Grill heats up in 5 min and cooks large chicken breasts (our diet staple) in 8 minutes and they are tender and juicy.
