The Broil King Sovereign 90 is a liquid propane gas grill that hails from Broil King Barbecue’s Sovereign series. It has 725 square inches of total cooking area, and 450 square inches for primary cooking.

Features

The Broil King Sovereign 90 features its patent pending stainless steel dual-tube burner technology that is designed to ensure an even flame from front to back. Besides that, it also has a stainless steel side burner that allows you to provide side dishes quickly and efficiently. In addition to that, there is also a rear rotisserie burner with heavy duty rotisserie kit and motor that is designed to handle large roasts. The Broil King Sovereign 90 features heavy duty porcelain coated cast iron cooking grids which have the ability to retain heat and provide superior searing power. It also incorporates stainless steel Flav-R-Wave that vaporizes the drippings to infuse food with that great tasting barbecue flavour. There are also stainless steel Flav-R-Zone heat partitions which provide for additional cooking flexibility by focusing the heat so that you can cook with one burner or to easily cook different types of food on different areas of the grill. Other features include stainless steel drop down side shelves, Linear Flow infinitely adjustable burner valves, Deluxe Accu-temp thermometer, Sure-Lite electronic ignition system, and Therma-Cast aluminium oven.
