The Broil King SIGNET 20 has stainless steel dual-tube burners that are designed to ensure an even flame from front to back to provide even heat at the cooking surface. Besides that, it also has cast iron cooking grids that have the ability to retain heat and provide for superior searing power. In addition to that, there are also stainless steel Flav-R-Zone heat partitions that provide additional cooking flexibility by focusing the heat so that you can cook efficiently with only one burner, or to cook different types of food on different areas of the grill. Other than that, the Broil King SIGNET 20 also has stainless steel Flav-R-Wave which vaporizes drippings to insure food with that great tasting barbecue flavour. There are also Linear Flow Valves which allow for precise temperature adjustment as well as a Pow-R-Zone setting that pre-heats the grill quickly and easily. In addition to that, the Broil King SIGNET 20 also features Deluxe Perma-Mold side shelves, and a stylish cabinet base for added convenience. There is also a Therma-Cast aluminium oven that allows for convection cooking.
