Summary: Be careful if this product is also being offered as a refurb in a different spot on the web page for ordering. I do believe I had a LAZY employee or an employee that was directed to send out used products.
Pros: product works fine, no problems
Cons: I checked the website and then checked the invoice. This product I received was NOT new. Package was not sealed. No electrostatic bag. All the plastic covers for ports and the connectors were missing. Plus one of the two items had scratches.
Summary: Overall this card is quite nice..looks good..easy to install...fast enough for most things. potential incompatibility with win 10 pro....or we just got one that was a little flakey..hard to tell...made it a bit painful.
Pros: looks good...very quiet. Very much a plug and play card that doesn't have sata port restricting "low ride height" (not that it rides high anyway)
Cons: had the machine (win 10 Pro 64) reporting the video was not responding, monitor black outs, or full reboot from bios post just over 30 days from purchase. Zotac support, via live chat, were awesome though and got the RMA process underway within minutes.
Pros: Performance is great, good signal quality, etc.
Cons: No matter what drivers I use, this card blue screens me when playing games. I play League most of the time, so I'm not pushing it hard by any means. But after about 2 or 2.5 hours of League (sometimes as little as 30 minutes), it just up and bluescreens me. Installing the "latest" nvidia drivers ...
Summary: This card has little to no lag what-so-ever but my problem is that it gets VERY hot at times and sometimes in games if you look up at the sky too quickly the card dies for a second and then comes back to life approx 5 seconds later.
