Fast video card!

Jeffrey M. Gore, Amazon
26 August 2012
  • Summary: This video card is awesome. Runs World of Warchaft flawlessly at 1280x1024, because that is high as my monitor displays. It was a refurbished item that has all the hardware bugs removed. Now I have two GTX 460 cards.

Awsome card

Shawn R., Newegg
16 June 2011
  • Summary: Customer service was quick to help when I had not recieved my rebate. It looks like it runs hot at first, but when checking on running temps, these are normal (about 70c) I've used Zotac cards before and have never had a problem, great company, great product.
  • Pros: Runs any game I throw at it (Force Unleashed 2, Portal 2 etc.), Runs quiet
  • Cons: Having bought 2 of these for SLI, they fill up half of my mid size case

  • Pros: So far this card has delivered everything i expected from it. It is perfect for the casual to moderate gamer. I've had no issues with it so far. You get what you pay for when it comes to video cards, and for a person on a budget this card is simply one of the best you can purchase.

  • Pros: Price is good. Better than the 2 gts 250's I had before running sli together. Play's all games smoothly: crisis2, black ops, battlefield, etc. I run this at max quality with no issues. Over Clocks nicely, haven't tride pushing it to much though.

Great value but needs user tweaking to hit potential

Joseph J., Newegg
19 February 2011
  • Summary: This card requires a bit of tinkering to reach its full potential. I have read several reviews from tomshardware, techreport, anandtech, guru3d and techpowerup before purchasing this card. All have stated that the card is not as efficient at cooling and noticeably louder than other gtx 460's.
  • Pros: -Bang for the buck (MIR + newegg coupon code) -Idles at 32-34C* (ambient temperature 25C) -Loads at 64-68C* -Free Game, Prince of Persia -Great overclocking potential -Plenty of ports -Short card -Cool and Quiet* -Lifetime warranty * = other thoughts
  • Cons: -Card can get very very loud. Drove me nearly to the brink of insanity* -Card can get very hot as well* -No HDMI cord or displayport adapter included * = other thoughts
